Warranties

Our repair services include a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour for the specific repair performed. This warranty does not cover:

• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Cosmetic damage
• Water or liquid damage occurring after repair

Data Recovery

We operate a "no data, no fee" policy for data recovery services. However:

• We cannot guarantee recovery of all data
• Assessment fees may apply for devices requiring specialist evaluation
• We are not liable for data that cannot be recovered

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a service request at any time before work commences. Once work has begun:

• For repairs: You will be charged for diagnostic time and any parts already ordered
• For installations: You will be charged for time spent and materials used
• For consultations: Unused time may be refunded at our discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service
